That cup of coffee just not getting it done anymore? How about a Buzz Donut or a Buzzed Bagel? That's what Doctor Robert Bohannon, a Durham, North Carolina, molecular scientist, has come up with. Bohannon says he's developed a way to add caffeine to baked goods, without the bitter taste of caffeine. Each piece of pastry is the equivalent of about two cups of coffee.
Now if only they made caffeinated coffee to go along with them!!!
Oh ... wait ...
I don't think this is a good idea. I love coffee and caffeine but putting in doughnuts and bread is awfully unnatural. I might consider however using caffeinated water to make caffeinated coffee. I can't believe I haven't tried it yet.
How is caffeine in water better than caffeine in water and flour?????
It isn't, it would be something I would try just once. Since I am not a doughnut fan I have no desire to try it once. I am a fan of coffee and caffeine so I might try it just so I knew I had.
So I should inject a supermodel with caffeine? Sweet. Wait, they live on cocaine, cigarettes and diet pills now. Never mind.
Poor Vivarin. The college market is just about completely lost to them now. I mean, once you can get caffeine in powdered donuts, why do you need to pop pills anymore?
if i want my caffeine dry, I'll have the chocolate covered espresso beans. Bitter is part of the buzz!
LOL, leave it to Userfriendly
I love my caffeine, and I love donuts, but I can't stand coffee. Mountain Dew and donuts don't go well together, but caffeinated donuts and a tall glass of milk sounds good to me.
'Dew & adonut - now that would be horrifying!
I know! If I can get my fix with a donut, I would eat breakfast.
